20 Morning Stretches to Ease Stiffness and Tension

1. Neck Side Stretch
Tilt your head toward one shoulder and hold. Relieves: Neck stiffness, tech neck tension.


2. Chin to Chest Stretch
Drop your chin gently toward your chest. Relieves: Upper back tightness.


3. Shoulder Rolls
