City Centre Deira Celebrates Philippine Independence Day with Flag-Raising Ceremony and Balikbayan Box Offer

Flag-Raising Ceremony – 11 June
Festivities will kick off at 2:00 PM on June 11 with a grand flag-raising ceremony led by the Philippine Ambassador to the UAE, Alfonso Ferdinand Ver. This will be complemented with lively live marching band music that gives one of the most festive and colorful experiences of Philippines culture to shoppers and the Pinoy community in Dubai as a tribute to the Filipino cultural heritage.
Balikbayan Box Station – 12 to 13 June
Customers can send love home this Philippine Independence Day thanks to an onsite Balikbayan Box Station at City Centre Deira, from 13 to 14 June.
