Nakheel Begins Handover of 892 Homes at Jebel Ali Village

Jebel Ali Village handover

Jebel Ali Village is entering its next chapter as homeowners begin taking possession of new villas within the redeveloped Dubai community.

Nakheel has started handing over 892 homes at the 80-hectare residential development.

The milestone follows the completion of residential construction and core infrastructure.

A Historic Dubai Community Reimagined

Jebel Ali Village has been redesigned as a modern, low-density residential community.

The development keeps the area’s established identity while adding spacious homes and landscaped surroundings.

Green corridors and family-focused amenities form key parts of the master plan.

892 Homes Enter Handover

The handover process allows homeowners to begin taking possession of completed residences in phases.

Nakheel said residential construction and core infrastructure are now complete.

The development is expected to accommodate around 5,500 residents when fully occupied.

Designed for Family Living

Jebel Ali Village features four- and five-bedroom villas surrounded by landscaped spaces.

The homes include contemporary interiors, private gardens and layouts designed around family life.

Garages feature electric doors and integrated electric-vehicle charging points.

Selected villas can also accommodate optional penthouse additions.

Green Spaces and Community Amenities

The master plan places strong emphasis on outdoor living.

Green corridors and landscaped areas create space for recreation and social interaction.

Community facilities will support everyday family needs as residents settle in.

Strong Connections Across Dubai

Jebel Ali Village sits close to major residential, retail and transport destinations.

Discovery Gardens Metro Station and nearby places of worship are within a short drive.

Ibn Battuta Mall also provides access to shopping, dining and entertainment.

The community has road links towards Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina and Downtown Dubai.

A Community Expected to House 5,500 Residents

Nakheel expects around 5,500 people to live in the completed community.

The arrival of residents will gradually shift the neighbourhood from construction activity to everyday community life.

Another Dubai Real Estate Milestone

The handover adds another delivery milestone to Dubai’s expanding residential market.

For Nakheel, the project moves Jebel Ali Village into its next phase as an occupied neighbourhood.
