UFC Fight Night Abu Dhabi set for July 25 at Etihad Arena

Some great match-ups are lined up as UFC returns to the UAE for their next Fight Nights in July.

UFC Fight Night Abu Dhabi will take place at the 18,000-capacity Etihad Arena on Yas Island on July 25 in partnership with the Department of Culture and Tourism — Abu Dhabi (DCT) The UAE capital's UFC fight night was announced Monday.

The fight card will be finalized in the leadup to the weeks ahead. "Abu Dhabi -- renowned for previewing spectacular matchups and an experience like no place on Earth -- is again preparing for an unmissable night in the Octagon," said a statement from the organising committee.

Tickets for what's expected to be a high-profile event will soon be on sale.

“Fans are advised to register your interest early via VisitAbuDhabi for the best opportunity to purchase tickets. where fans will also be able to buy exclusive hotel and ticket packages for travelling fans. ” the organisers said.

One of the biggest MMA championships in the world, three new fights minutes before Abu Dhabi unveiled a strong partnership that dates back to 2010.

The president and CEO of the Ultimate Fighting Championship, Dana White also hailed Abu Dhabi as the UFC world capital city after the UAE Capital held Fight Nights in the heart of Covid-19 pandemic back in 2020.
